There is always a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, then the entire reservation is completely non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departure for any reason. 

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. We ask that they are supervised at all times.

We are a pet friendly campground. Please make sure your pet behaves and does not disturb other guests. Pets must always be leashed and under control, quiet at all times, and picked up after. We provide pet waste bags throughout the property. Pets cannot be left unattended outside at any time. These rules must be followed or you will be required to leave the campground.

We DO NOT allow tents of any kind, you will be asked to leave the property without refund for disregarding this policy.

A camper or a guest of the camper in a private campground assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of camping and may not recover damage or damages from any private campground owner or operator for any injury or death resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of camping. The inherent dangers and risks of camping include but are not limited to; changing weather conditions; surface or subsurface conditions, such as rocks, stumps, trees, forest growth or other natural objects; variations in terrain; and the failure of campers and their guests to recreate safely, in control and within their own abilities.

Must be kept small and within the fire ring provided. Do not leave your campfire unattended at any time. Do not leave or burn trash in fire rings.

Only book a campsite that will properly fit your camping unit and vehicle. Each campsite is permitted to have one camping unit and one vehicle. Two camping units are not allowed on a single site. We are not responsible for incorrect online bookings. An incorrect online booking is subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

When booking multiple sites, we do not guarantee the sites will be together or near each other. You are booking a site type, not a specific site. If the entire stay is not available in one site for the duration of your stay, then do not book separate sites. We do not allow site moves or changes.

Check in is NO EARLIER than 2pm. Check out is NO LATER than 11am. We cannot accommodate an early check in or a late check out. Please plan accordingly as we are unable to assist you otherwise.

Camping and other associated activities are outdoor experiences. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts or acts of nature or otherwise (example: rain, wind, bugs, snow, wildlife). Please look at average weather information for the area to help plan accordingly.

Respect the privacy of other guests and do not walk through sites that are not assigned to you. Please make sure your children and guests are aware of this rule.

This is a privately-owned campground. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. Minors under 21 years old are not allowed to camp without a parent or guardian. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

This property is privately owned. The Camper/ and/or Guest/s accept camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of ALL liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her use of its facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest/s of the registered camper arising out of use of its facilities.
